Our Story
Every great journey begins with a spark of restlessness — a refusal to accept the ordinary. Ours began in 2015, when Dr. Deepak Varma, in the middle of a thriving corporate career, chose to walk a harder and far more meaningful road.
He quit his job. He started a business. He almost quit that too.
The first year of Technospirit was, in his own words, brutal. There was loneliness, self-doubt, and the quiet struggle of building something from nothing. But there was also a conviction — one that hadn't been shaken since the day he founded the company — that human beings are capable of extraordinary transformation when given the right environment, the right guidance, and the right belief in themselves.
That conviction became Technospirit.
From a single trainer with a bold vision, we have grown into a platform trusted by organisations across India and beyond — Microsoft, Cognizant, Accenture, TCS, Barclays, CtrlS, and many more. Today, with 150+ empanelled trainers and coaches operating across Asia, Africa, Singapore, Europe, the USA, and Canada, Technospirit stands as a beacon of Learning and Development that reaches from village classrooms to global boardrooms.
But numbers, however impressive, are not the real story. The real story is in the 50,000+ individuals whose careers shifted direction after a Speakology session, whose leadership softened and strengthened through Ikigai coaching, whose organisations moved from stagnation to transformation after a Technospirit engagement. It is in the teenagers who discovered their voice through Young Dreamers, and in the corporate teams who, for the first time, learned to communicate with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
We call ourselves a "platform for human transformation" — not a training vendor, not a consultancy in the conventional sense. A platform. Because we believe that transformation isn't delivered from the outside. It is unlocked from within. Our role is to create the conditions, the challenge, the community, and the courage for that unlocking to happen.
